[Hiring] Substitute Custodians: 26-27 School Year @Becker Public Schools

Role Description

Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment in assigned facilities. Duties include:

• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of floors, restrooms, offices, and public areas
• Collecting and disposing of trash and recycling
• Restocking supplies
• Performing minor maintenance tasks
• Utilizing cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and mops to ensure high standards of cleanliness
• Reporting safety hazards or needed repairs to appropriate personnel
• Working independently or as part of a team, often during off-hours, to support facility operations and present a professional and welcoming atmosphere for staff, visitors, and the public

Schedule: 4-8 hours per shift

Salary: union scale step 1, current rate $19.91
