Role Description

The Staff Directory Update Assistant makes routine approved changes to names, department labels, contact channels, and other fields designated by the employer. The work is remote, online, and requires careful attention to detail.

• Help colleagues find the right internal contact.
• Make updates based on verified instructions from office coordinators.
• Ensure consistency in the authorized directory entry.
• Check saved entries for accuracy after edits.
• Record any missing authority or unclear details for unresolved requests.
• Assist colleagues in locating the right team or contact route.
• Maintain accuracy in the directory, as small typos can have significant impacts.

Qualifications

• Experience with contact lists, directories, or shared records.
• Comfortable with short written communication.
• Ability to handle personal information carefully.
• Familiarity with comparing details and questioning uncertain instructions.
• Experience in organizing contact lists or maintaining group registers is a plus.

Requirements

Benefits
