Role Description

• Collaborate with a diverse range of industries, tailoring cutting-edge solutions to meet each customer's unique needs.
• Forge strong relationships with customers, gaining deep insights into their business objectives and long-term aspirations.
• Provide expert guidance on how ServiceNow can be leveraged for success.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and document specifications using Business Analysis methodologies.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional and nonfunctional specifications.
• Guide customers through modernization endeavors, ensuring systems are future-proofed and optimized.
• Work closely with ServiceNow architects and developers to bring visions to life.
• Consult with customers on complementary and competitive software solutions.
• Help customers choose priorities to focus on in the short and long term.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and deployment.
• 10+ years pre-sales or directly supporting business development.
• 5+ years consulting with clients and becoming a Trusted Advisor.
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) and ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Deep technical knowledge in ServiceNow Now Assist, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HAM/SAM, CSM, GRC/IRM, HRSD, PCM, FSO, HCLS-SM.
• Working knowledge and experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences, Finance/Capital Markets, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and other industries.
• Strong ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Actively leading client conversations in the use of ServiceNow's newest offerings including AI Control Tower, MoveWorks/Employee Works, Armis, and Veza.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Digital Workplace, Security, Cloud, Application Modernization, Mainframe Modernization service offerings.
• Executive relationship building.
• Overseeing ServiceNow delivery teams or responsible for client satisfaction.
• Past experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies.
