[Hiring] Solutions Engineers (All Levels) @AutoRABIT Holding

Role Description

Solutions Engineers are trusted technical advisors throughout the customer buying journey. In close partnership with Account Executives, you will contribute to new and expansion revenue by uncovering customer priorities, shaping the solution strategy, and leading the technical work that earns confidence in AutoRABIT. That work includes:

• Discovery
• Solution design
• Demonstrations
• Workshops
• Technical evaluations
• A disciplined transition to the teams responsible for implementation and adoption

The best Solutions Engineers combine technical fluency with business judgment. They understand how customers build, release, integrate, secure, and protect business-critical platforms, connect those realities to measurable outcomes, and communicate with equal credibility across administrators, developers, architects, security and compliance leaders, and executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as presales, solutions consulting, solution architecture, implementation consulting, technical customer success, administration, development, or enterprise delivery.
• Working depth in at least one relevant domain: Salesforce; MuleSoft, APIs, or enterprise integration; software delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, or version control; application and data security; backup and recovery; security posture; or risk and compliance.
• The ability to learn complex software, understand how it fits into a customer environment, and translate technical capabilities into business value, delivery speed, resilience, risk reduction, and operational control.
• Strong discovery, facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills, with the judgment to adapt for technical, business, and executive audiences.
• A structured approach to technical evaluations and the ability to manage multiple customer engagements, priorities, risks, and follow-up commitments.
• A collaborative, accountable working style. You invite feedback, share what you learn, and communicate accurately about what the product can and cannot do.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to travel based on customer and business needs.

Requirements

• Hands-on Salesforce or MuleSoft experience as an administrator, developer, architect, consultant, integration practitioner, or release practitioner, with relevant certifications.
• Modern software delivery practices, including Git, CI/CD, testing, release governance, or application lifecycle management.
• Application and data security, static analysis, backup and recovery, security posture, enterprise integrations, or regulated-industry experience.
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or comparable experience)

Benefits

• This role is 100% remote
• You must be eligible to work in the United States to be hired for this role.
• Salary for this role is $120,000 - $200,000 depending on experience plus 20% variable.
