Role Description

This is a remote position.

• Position: Solutions Engineer
• Location: Remote
• Experience: 5+ years
• 5+ years of experience in a client facing technical role, preferably in payments, fintech, or SaaS (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Consultant)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a closely related technical field
• Hands-on with APIs, webhooks and SDKs; able to read and debug code and build working prototypes and proofs of concept
• Familiarity with payment flows, acquiring, FX, and/or payouts is highly preferred
• Experience working with regional/global enterprise clients is essential

• Technical Fluency: You bridge the gap between business and engineering. You can whiteboard a solution architecture, troubleshoot API calls, and translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Client-Facing Presence: You are comfortable presenting to CTOs and lead engineers, handling objections with confidence, and building trust with technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: You don't just answer questions; you uncover underlying needs and propose creative, compliant solutions across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications
