Role Description

• Lead recurring SME meetings, including agenda development and facilitation
• Capture clear meeting notes, action items, and decisions
• Translate technical findings into SME-ready summaries and presentations
• Manage engagement across siloed teams and stakeholder groups

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in program development and deliverables
• 2 years of experience leading or coordinating SMEs or cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Experience engaging academic, clinical, or healthcare SMEs
• Experience in Medicare, Medicaid, ACO, ACA operations
• Knowledge of risk adjustment
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and conflicting stakeholder perspectives

Education

• Master's preferred in Public Health or Public Policy
