[Hiring] Service Delivery Manager @HSO Group B.V.

Role Description

As a Service Delivery Manager, you are accountable for delivering high-quality managed services to international customers. You oversee complex service environments across Dynamics 365, Azure, integrations, and data, ensuring operational stability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery across Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, Azure, integrations, and data solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and align services with their business objectives.
• Lead and coach the DevOps customer support team.
• Own SLAs, service performance, budgets, escalations, and continuous improvement.
• Lead Release & Change Management, including release governance, CAB processes, risk assessment, and production deployments.
• Coordinate releases and resolve dependencies across functional and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand customer services.
• Contribute to service delivery standards and best practices within Managed Services.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including substantial experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise managed services.
• Senior-level Service Delivery Management experience in complex customer environments.
• Proven ownership of multiple services across Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, Azure, integrations, and data.
• Proven Release & Change Management experience, including release governance, CAB processes, and production deployment ownership.
• Experience managing SLAs, budgets, service quality, customer satisfaction, and escalations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions and modern service management practices.
• Experience working with international customers and distributed delivery teams.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to support service growth opportunities.
• Fluency in English.
