[Hiring] Senior Salesforce Administrator @ScalableOS

Role Description

We are looking for an energetic Salesforce Administrator to join an established Salesforce Application Administration team. In this role, you will participate in a variety of activities including:

• System administration
• User support
• Project management
• Business analysis
• Development of evolving Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments

This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, define system requirements, and deliver solutions that align with organizational objectives. The Salesforce Administrator serves as a subject matter expert and internal consultant, providing both system administration and strategic guidance to drive productivity and operational success.

The Application Administration team is responsible for the administration, user maintenance and support, and in-application development of the organization's core business applications. This is a full-time position operating Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and debugging skills
• Solid understanding of workflows and data relationships
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in handling frequent changes, delays, and unexpected events
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of the relationship between technology solutions and business processes

Requirements

• Should be open to work under a 1-year fixed term contract
• Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement
• Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule
