Role Description

At Majesco, we're looking for an experienced Life, Annuity & Health insurance professional who understands how insurers operate and can connect business challenges with modern technology solutions. You'll bring your insurance expertise into customer conversations, helping carriers explore opportunities to modernize core systems, simplify operations, improve customer experiences, and accelerate innovation.

This is a customer-facing presales role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, influencing technology decisions, and helping insurers envision what's possible.

What You'll Do

• Lead functional discovery discussions and workshops with Life, Annuity & Health insurers to understand business processes, operational challenges, and modernization priorities.
• Partner with sales and solution teams to translate customer requirements into compelling solution narratives, use cases, demonstrations, and customer presentations.
• Apply your insurance domain expertise across areas such as policy administration, new business, underwriting, billing, claims, and customer or policyholder servicing.
• Support strategic sales pursuits, including RFI/RFP responses, solution positioning, functional demonstrations, and executive discussions.
• Help customers evaluate legacy system replacement, digital transformation, process improvement, and opportunities to apply AI and automation.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to strengthen demonstration assets, reusable content, and presales capabilities.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Life, Annuity, or Health insurance operations, business processes, and technology in the North American market.
• Experience with core insurance platforms, policy administration systems, or related enterprise insurance technology solutions.
• Strong functional knowledge in one or more areas such as new business, underwriting, policy administration, billing, claims, or policyholder servicing.
• Ability to translate complex insurance business requirements into clear solution recommendations and compelling customer discussions.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to work with business and executive audiences.
• Experience gathering and defining functional requirements and working across business and technology teams.
• Background in insurance business analysis, functional consulting, systems analysis, insurance operations, solution consulting, or related roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise software demonstrations, presales engagements, or technology transformation initiatives.
• Have an interest in applying AI tools to improve research, solution preparation, customer engagement, and pre-sales effectiveness.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Life, Annuity & Health insurance software platforms, including Majesco or comparable industry solutions.
• Exposure to enterprise policy administration modernization or core system transformation programs.
• Experience supporting RFI/RFP responses, customer demonstrations, or complex software evaluations.
• Familiarity with digital insurance platforms, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and modern insurance technology architectures.

• Annual base salary range: $140,000 to $170,000.
