[Hiring] Senior Payment Manager @Zexter

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Payment Manager to own and grow our payment ecosystem in LATAM. You will build and manage relationships with payment providers (fiat and crypto), improve payment conversion, and keep our payment infrastructure reliable, cost-efficient, and scalable.

What You Will Do

• Search for and onboard new PSPs across LATAM (fiat and crypto)
• Manage relationships with existing payment providers
• Negotiate fees, limits, settlement terms, and commercial conditions
• Coordinate PSP integrations with the Tech and Product teams
• Monitor deposit approval rates and work on improving payment conversion
• Optimize payment routing and ensure backup solutions are in place
• Monitor PSP performance and resolve payment-related issues
• Manage reconciliation and settlements together with Finance
• Work on reducing payment processing costs
• Prepare regular reports on PSP performance, approval rates, fees, and transaction volumes
• Coordinate with the Risk, Fraud, Compliance, and Customer Support teams
• Develop and maintain payment procedures and internal processes

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in payments, PSP management, or a similar role, ideally in iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce
• Proven experience with LATAM payment methods and providers (e.g., PIX, local bank transfers, cards, e-wallets)
• Experience with crypto payment solutions is a strong advantage
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in commercial discussions with PSPs
• Solid understanding of payment flows, routing, approval rates, and settlement processes
• Analytical mindset: comfortable working with data, KPIs, and reports
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Finance, Risk, Compliance)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach
• Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
