Role Description

We are seeking a high-caliber Chief of Staff to step in as the strategic right-hand and operational engine for the founder, translating high-level direction into polished market intelligence, bespoke client presentations, and seamless event execution.

This is a true Chief of Staff role, not an executive assistant position. The ideal candidate pairs the analytical horsepower of a management consultant with the pragmatic drive of an early-stage operator who takes pride in rolling up their sleeves to turn strategy into finished deliverables.

What You Will Do

• Market Intelligence & Strategic GTM Support:
  • Conduct deep-dive market research, industry mapping, and competitive benchmarking across shortlisted U.S. industry verticals.
  • Build bespoke, client-ready pitch decks and sales presentations that lead with a clear, consultative point of view on each prospect’s operational bottlenecks.
  • Synthesize qualitative research and quantitative data into actionable recommendations to help shape U.S. go-to-market priorities.
• End-to-End Event & Operational Execution:
  • Plan, budget, and execute executive networking events and business dinners from scratch: source venues, negotiate vendor costs, manage guest lists, and deliver clear operational playbooks.
  • Track budgets, review vendor contracts, and coordinate logistics to ensure flawless execution with zero operational friction.
• Cross-Functional Project Leadership:
  • Drive operational momentum across both of the founder's active business ventures, flexing between strategic priorities as needs evolve.
  • Bridge communication across global stakeholders—collaborating smoothly with U.S.-based leadership, prospective clients, and offshore engineering teams in India.
  • Act as an operational buffer and force multiplier, ensuring critical initiatives, deadlines, and follow-ups never slip through the cracks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree paired with ~2+ years of rigorous experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, venture capital, or high-growth tech operations.
• Proven track record of drafting executive-level presentations, memo-style briefs, and strategic narratives tailored to C-suite prospects.
• Self-directed mindset with high autonomy; excited to tackle high-level problem solving while taking equal pride in handling ground-level administrative and logistical execution.
• Flawless written and spoken English, capable of engaging prospective enterprise clients and cross-cultural partners with poise and clarity.
• Dedicated home office infrastructure with consistent daily availability overlapping with US Eastern Standard Time (EST).

• Prior professional exposure to custom software development, IT services, SaaS, or AI technology ecosystems.
• Cross-border operational experience coordinating between U.S. commercial teams and technical engineering hubs in India.
