Role Description

As a technology consulting senior manager, you are expected to:

• Lead large scale engagements and consistently deliver high-quality client services.
• Manage and lead client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
• Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members.
• Generate new business opportunities and assess/present ways to serve clients.
• Shape and lead AI-enabled transformation programs.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on AI operating models and investment choices.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 7-10 years of related work experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional work experience with a mid-to-large size public accounting firm, professional consulting firm, or within industry (financial services, technology).
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in technology delivery project/product management.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in leading the design, development and delivery of solutions or infrastructure and large-scale programs.
• Demonstrated fluency across the full AI technology stack.
• Experience implementing AI solutions from proof of concept through production.
• Deep understanding of AI control planes and lifecycle management.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in Banking (Consumer, Commercial banking or Payments).
• At least 7 years of experience in managing and supervising teams of professional employees.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to diagnose end-to-end lending originations and servicing operations.
• Exceptional core consulting skills (e.g., creative thinking, problem solving, client and stakeholder management).
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
