[Hiring] Senior Manager, ABM @SambaSafety

Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Account-Based Marketing Manager with a proven track record of building successful ABM strategies for the workforce side of our business. You'll own the development and execution of targeted campaigns designed to engage our Tier 1 Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts—large companies with commercial and non-commercial fleets who need sophisticated driver risk management solutions.

This isn't a "business as usual" role. We want someone who can look at our existing ABM foundation with fresh eyes and isn't afraid to rebuild campaigns from the ground up when data shows a better path forward. You'll have the autonomy to test, learn, fail fast, and optimize based on what actually drives pipeline and revenue—not just vanity metrics.

Beyond ABM, you'll also own our complete paid media strategy and budget across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels. This includes both account-targeted campaigns and broader demand generation programs. We need someone who understands when to use precision ABM tactics and when to run traditional paid media to capture intent and drive pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience owning ABM programs from strategy through execution.
• Extensive hands-on experience with ABM platforms required—specifically 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, or equivalent tools.
• Proven ability to measure and report on ABM performance using account-level metrics.
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience targeting Enterprise accounts.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.

Requirements

• Build and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns targeting our pre-qualified list of Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts.
• Drive account engagement that enables our SDRs to book meetings with key stakeholders.
• Build one-to-many campaigns with industry-specific messaging and creative.
• Design and manage paid media campaigns targeted to specific accounts.
• Leverage HubSpot’s ABM platform to identify buyer signals.
• Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
• Establish and track meaningful success metrics that demonstrate ABM's impact.
• Partner with Sales to gather feedback on campaign messaging.
• Meet weekly with SDRs to identify hot accounts and align campaign messaging.
• Own all deals opened through ABM by tracking their status.
• Coordinate with our Event Manager for targeted campaigns.
