Role Description

Our Sage Intacct team is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to lead complex Sage Intacct implementations and help clients maximize the value of their technology investment. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor and functional subject-matter expert, guiding clients through:

• Business process analysis
• Solution design
• Configuration
• Testing
• Training
• Go-live
• Transition to support

You will translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions; advise clients on best-practice process design and system optimization; and lead project teams toward successful business outcomes. You will also collaborate with various teams to ensure successful delivery and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of ERP implementation or technology consulting experience.
• Demonstrated success leading at least ten complete Sage Intacct Core implementations.
• Recognized subject-matter expertise in Sage Intacct Core Financials.
• Advanced functional knowledge across multiple Sage Intacct modules.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and operational processes.
• Proven ability to gather and document requirements.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, risks, and deliverables.
• Demonstrated skill in stakeholder management and negotiation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Experience mentoring consultants and leading cross-functional project teams.
• Sage Intacct certifications strongly preferred.
• Experience with Sage Intacct Marketplace solutions preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred.
• Ability to travel as required.

Requirements

• Lead complex Sage Intacct implementations across multiple modules and entities.
• Facilitate discovery and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into clear solution designs.
• Analyze current-state business processes and advise on future-state processes.
• Configure Sage Intacct Core Financials and related modules.
• Guide clients through solution decisions involving process design and integrations.
• Lead testing, validation, client training, and change management activities.
• Manage assigned project deliverables against contractual scope and quality expectations.
• Proactively identify and communicate project risks and dependencies.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic guidance.
• Define requirements for integrations and technical components.
• Coordinate with client and internal teams for effective handoff to Customer Support.
• Support pre-sales activities including discovery and project estimates.
• Identify opportunities for clients to expand their use of Sage Intacct.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to improvements in implementation methodology.
