• The Business Services Group (BSG) Claims team supports the claims operations of the Commercial Lines division at C&F.

What you will do for C&F:

• Complete, monitor, recommend, and anticipate claims support needs to aid claims administration.
• Ensure data integrity and security in all claims support processing activities.
• Ensure compliance with special state requirements through real-time monitoring and administration.
• Utilize C&F AI and automation tools to streamline your work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• A solution-focused, self-starter, and team player.
• Preferred experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and/or MSP (Medicare Secondary Payer); not essential, but good to have: Indemnity Data Call.
• Resourceful problem solver with a quick learning ability for new concepts, methods, and technology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Continuous improvement mindset and comfort with change.
• Detail-oriented and resolution-driven.
• Capable of working across complex organizations.
• Curiosity about AI and machine learning applications in insurance, and an eagerness to experiment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
