[Hiring] Residential Aide @Services for the Underserved

Role Description

The Residential Aide will work under the supervision of the Facility Manager and provide shift coverage, with possibility of flexible, rotating shift schedule, and weekend coverage.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor participants’ movement to and from the facility and document accordingly.
• Conduct facility runs to ensure security, safety and program standards are maintained.
• Collect finger images utilizing the HRA STARS operating device.
• Oversee evening focus and disseminate pertinent information to the participants.
• Collect urine specimens as indicated on the urine list and/or specified via clinical staff.
• Distribute cleaning and hygienic supplies to participants as needed.
• Responsible for observation of participants’ self-medication administration.
• Perform dorm and living quarter searches to ensure program clear of contraband.
• Other duties as requested by supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Experience working with population service in congregate setting.
• Knowledge of AWARDS, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Requirements

• Driver’s license.
• Basic knowledge of human services.
