Role Description

The Regional Manager Franchise Operations & Revenue Development fosters brand equity, best in class operations, and net unit growth by consulting and supporting assigned hotels focusing on revenue performance, guest satisfaction, and brand program and standards execution. Serving as the primary face of the brand, the position develops meaningful hotel owner and operator relationships through authentic engagements.

The position is responsible for creating visible brand value for stakeholders, partnering with the hotel sales team to deliver booked business and viable sales leads by conducting in-market sales calls and marketing events. The position consults and educates hotel owner and operators on effective sales and operational best practices to influence revenue growth.

Territory: AR, LA, MO, MS

Strong preference for the candidate to reside in Louisiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 4+ years professional multi-unit hotel operations and revenue generation leadership.
• Dynamic consultant who can adapt to all business learning levels and styles.
• Exceptional communicator with excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of desktop productivity tools including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM account management systems.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
• Passionate about delivering best in class hotel operations and sales support.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.
• Resourceful and collaborative, seeking efficient ways to accomplish work.
• Proactive self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• Up to 90% travel required.
