[Hiring] Proposal Coordinator @HiBob

Role Description

We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator, located on the U.S. West Coast, to play a pivotal role in our sales process by running HiBob’s proposal response process from end-to-end. You will be responsible for crafting comprehensive, compelling responses that effectively communicate HiBob's value proposition and capabilities. In addition to proposal management, this role will assist in the development and curation of proposal-related tools and processes, such as a repository of proposal-related information and collateral as well as other projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in RFP/proposal management, technical writing, or a related role (preferably in SaaS/HR tech)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency with AI RFP tools like Inventive, etc., as well as G-Suite
• Understanding of HR processes, challenges, and technology solutions is a plus

Requirements

• Base salaries for this role range from $110,000 - $135,000 per year.
• This role has a variable compensation component.
• Note: We are prioritizing candidates located in the PST time zone to meet the business needs of collaborating effectively with our Americas and APJ teams.
