[Hiring] Proposal Coordinator @Elevate Reach

Role Description

Elevate Reach is hiring a Proposal Coordinator to build the proposals and pitch documents that win new clients. This is a full-time, fully remote position on our own team.

You take notes from sales conversations and turn them into clear, polished proposals that show a prospect exactly how we will help. You learn what makes a buyer say yes, one proposal at a time.

What You'll Do

• Write and assemble proposals, statements of work, and pitch documents
• Gather pricing, service details, and client examples from the team
• Keep a library of approved proposal content up to date
• Edit every document for accuracy, tone, and consistency
• Track proposal deadlines and send drafts for review on time
• Answer questionnaires and requests for proposal from prospects
• Note which proposals win and what they had in common

Qualifications

• 2 or more years in proposal writing, marketing, sales support, or a writing-heavy role
• Excellent writing and editing
• Strong attention to detail and formatting
• Organized under deadlines
• Comfortable with Word, Google Docs, and slide decks
• A quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
• Authorization to work in the United States
