Role Description

This is a remote position. Agents will visit local apartments, townhomes, duplexes, and select houses to engage with property managers or assistant managers. They will introduce Crisis JK Solutions, emphasizing the positive impact we bring to the community and the specific benefits we offer, including:

• A dedicated team to support tenants with rent relief, eviction assistance, and smooth relocation services.
• A high tenant retention and success rate.
• Direct access to emergency funds exclusively for tenants at their property.

Agents must provide business cards and leave a partnership proposal with each property visited. Additionally, agents are required to:

• Take five photos of each property.
• Collect available unit lists, pricing, and current specials.

This is a part-time role with the potential to earn up to $500 per week.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License: Reliable transportation is essential for traveling to various properties throughout the assigned areas.
• Local to the DFW Area: Candidates must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex to efficiently cover properties and foster relationships with local property managers.
• Energetic and Personable: A positive, energetic attitude is crucial for building rapport with property managers and tenants. Strong interpersonal skills will help agents effectively communicate Crisis JK Solutions' services and benefits.
• Professional Appearance: Agents are required to wear business attire, presenting themselves in a polished and professional manner to create a favorable impression.
• Well-Groomed Hair and Personal Hygiene: Maintaining clean, well-groomed hair and excellent personal hygiene is mandatory to reflect the professional standards of the company.
