[Hiring] Pre Sales Data Privacy @Capgemini

Role Description

Capgemini Invent is looking for candidates who have the right mix of Domain & Management experience to join our Data-driven FRC Pre-Sales track.

• Strong knowledge of global data privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, PDPL, LGPD, and the DPDP Act.
• Hands-on experience implementing at least one of these regulations.
• Ability to collaborate with Privacy, Legal, and Information Security teams to identify data-processing risks.
• Conduct or review assessments and regulatory-aligned templates.
• Assess an organization’s current data privacy posture and create a roadmap to enhance the maturity of its privacy compliance program.
• Advisory or client-facing responsibilities.
• Experience in business analysis—preferably within the Financial Services domain.
• Ability to conceptualize and lead the development of solutions, consulting assets, and pre-sales or GTM support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to create visually compelling presentations.
• Knowledge of banking and regulatory processes.
• Experience in configuring or implementing major regulatory reporting platforms is considered an added advantage.
• Excellent presentation, demonstration, problem-solving, and quick prototyping or proof-of-concept creation skills.
• Strong passion for customer-facing engagements.
• Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and drive execution efficiently in a dynamic environment.
