Role Description

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the academy.
• Coordinate schedules and communication between instructors, students, and parents.
• Support administrative tasks such as record keeping, billing, and customer inquiries.
• Help organise events, workshops, and performances.
• Utilise digital tools and platforms to enhance communication and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in using office software and online communication tools.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Passion for the arts and a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Experience in the dance or performing arts industry (nice to have).
• Familiarity with social media marketing (nice to have).
• Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping (nice to have).

Benefits

• Salary: 60000 - 70000 USD Per annum
