[Hiring] Performance Operations Manager @Cancer Research UK (CRUK)

Role Description

As Performance Operations Manager (Legacy Partnerships), you'll combine data expertise, operational excellence and stakeholder management to help shape how we engage with professional partners, including solicitors and will writers.

You'll be responsible for enabling the Legacy Partnerships team to deliver impactful professional engagement activity through excellent reporting, operational processes and performance management. This is an exciting opportunity to drive performance, improve processes and deliver meaningful insight that enables strategic decision-making, helping us maximise future gifts in wills and accelerate progress towards our mission of beating cancer.

• Lead performance reporting and analysis, providing meaningful data and insight to support strategy development, decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate professional engagement activity, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement to drive growth and efficiency.
• Act as the key liaison between Legacy Partnerships, Operations, Insight & Performance, Marketing and Product teams to ensure aligned ways of working and successful project delivery.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements, resolving data quality issues and improving forecasting accuracy.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards and resources that enable the Legacy Partnerships team to effectively manage regional performance and engagement activity.
• Support the planning and delivery of national and regional professional engagement campaigns, events and initiatives, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance reporting, operational management or business analysis within a complex organisational environment.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, with the ability to interpret, present and explain complex information clearly to a variety of audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously whilst maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
• A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A genuine interest in using data, insight and continuous improvement to deliver better outcomes and drive organisational success.

Requirements

• Internal candidates should ideally have completed their 6-month ‘getting started’ period before applying for other roles.
• Advise your current line manager at the point you make an internal application, or at the latest, at the point of being invited for an interview.
• All internal candidates applying for a secondment must have:
  • Completed their getting started period.
  • Discussed their intention to apply and gained approval to apply with their line manager.
  • Been in their substantive (home) role for at least 6 months (this is only applicable if you have previously been on secondment).
