[Hiring] Partner Compliance & Onboarding Coordinator @Palmetto Clean Technology

Role Description

Palmetto is looking for a remote Partner Compliance & Onboarding Coordinator in the Philippines to join our team on a temporary basis. You’ll play a key role in keeping partner onboarding on track and assisting with essential compliance follow-ups. No compliance background is needed—if you are detail-oriented, dependable, and quick to pick up new tools, we would love to meet you!

• Strategic & Tactical
• Partner onboarding support
• Help process and track partner applications for HVAC, Water Heater, Generator, and GSHP programs.
• Send follow-up emails and outreach to partners to collect missing information or meet compliance deadlines.
• Keep records up to date and flag anything that needs a closer look.
• Compliance monitoring support
• Assist with a review of existing partner records in our compliance platform, checking for flags and making sure information is accurate.
• Help track partner license, certification, renewals and insurance expiration dates.
• Help monitor compliance requirements for sales reps across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Administrative, customer service, or data entry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, professional emails independently rather than relying on templates.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and comfortable navigating spreadsheets; eager to pick up new tools as needed.
• Highly dependable, with consistent follow-through on tasks and commitments.
• Comfortable with process-driven, repetitive administrative work, maintaining high accuracy throughout.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM and task management softwares is a bonus.

Requirements

• This is a fixed-term, 1-year position, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role based on business needs.

Success Defined

• Partner activation rate within compliance windows — % of onboarding touchpoints (follow-up, outreach, document collection) completed before the compliance window closes. Target: 90%+ completed on-time, no lapses due to missed follow-up.
• Expiration lapse rate — % of partner license, certification, or insurance expirations that lapse without prior outreach. Target: 0% uncontacted within the compliance notification window.
• Historical review completion pace — SafeTurf backlog cleared at a rate that retires the 800+ partner review within a defined target window (90-120 days), with flags evaluated and dispositioned.
