Role Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Fractional Change Management & Communications Lead to support a strategic organizational transformation program. The initiative is an organization-wide transformation effort enabled through several policy and technology projects.

This consultant will act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on practitioner, helping create a cohesive change approach across multiple initiatives while developing communications that prepare associates for upcoming changes.

• Assessing change management and communication needs across the overall program.
• Creating and refining change management and communications strategies.
• Developing enterprise-wide communications and messaging.
• Building a cohesive program identity, narrative, and messaging framework.
• Facilitating stakeholder interviews and working sessions.
• Creating executive communications and leadership talking points.
• Identifying change readiness and adoption risks.
• Recommending additional interventions including training, FAQs, manager toolkits, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Supporting successful employee adoption of policy, process, organizational, and technology changes.

The consultant will create deliverables directly while partnering closely with internal HR and Communications teams for guidance, review, and collaboration. The role requires a balance of strategic consulting and hands-on execution.

Company Description

This is a Contract position based out of Madison, WI.

The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $130.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
