[Hiring] Oracle EDI Consultant/Business Analyst @Overt Minds

Role Description

This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced Oracle EDI Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP and EDI/B2B integrations to support a large-scale healthcare organization. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12), Oracle Fusion ERP, EDI standards, and B2B integration platforms such as OpenText and Boomi.

This role involves:

• Gathering business requirements
• Managing trading partner onboarding
• Supporting EDI integrations
• Troubleshooting complex issues
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day production operations across supply chain, order management, and finance processes

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP environments, with strong exposure to EDI/B2B integrations and business analysis
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 (12.1.3 or later), including Order Management and Oracle eCommerce Gateway
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and its integration with external systems
• Strong understanding of EDI transactions 850, 855, 856, and 810, including end-to-end transaction flows
• Hands-on experience with OpenText EDI/B2B integration, including mapping, translation, business process troubleshooting, and production support
• Experience in trading partner onboarding, EDI mapping specifications, configuration, testing, and implementation
• Good understanding of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards and EDI data structures
• Experience with AS2, SFTP, and FTP communication protocols
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills for troubleshooting Oracle ERP and EDI integration issues
• Experience handling complex Oracle EDI production issues, root cause analysis, incident management, and support processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Oracle ERP, EDI, OpenText, or integration technologies would be an advantage
