Role Description

As an Oracle Cloud AMS Functional Consultant, you will:

• Provide ongoing functional support for Oracle Cloud applications, resolving incidents, service requests, and enhancement requests within agreed SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across Oracle Cloud modules, coordinating with technical teams as needed.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud release testing, identifying impacts and coordinating regression testing with clients.
• Maintain and update functional configurations in response to evolving business needs.
• Document root cause analysis, resolutions, and knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
• Partner with client stakeholders to prioritize and manage a support backlog.
• Identify opportunities for process or system enhancements based on recurring support themes.
• Support minor enhancements and small-scope change requests within the AMS engagement.
• Stay current on Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and emerging functionality relevant to supported clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud applications in a production or AMS environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with service request management and SLA-driven support models.
• Ability to manage multiple support tickets and priorities simultaneously.
• Oracle Cloud certification is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain issues and resolutions to non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative, solution-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
