[Hiring] NetSuite Implementation Specialist @Muse Group

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Implementation Specialist to join our team on a hands-on basis. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering NetSuite implementations and can independently configure, customize, and execute implementation tasks directly in NetSuite. The role will focus on addressing the remaining implementation backlog and working closely with internal teams and external implementation partners to support a successful go-live. This role is offered on a contract basis, with the possibility of extending the contract depending on business plans and needs. Candidates should be willing to work in the Eastern Time Zone.

• Configuring multi-entity financials, consolidation, and intercompany workflows
• Setting up Advanced Inventory, item architecture, costing, and inventory valuation
• Configuring manufacturing and distribution workflows, including BOMs, routings, WIP, MRP, and fulfilment
• Building workflows, saved searches, roles, permissions, reports, and controls
• Mapping and testing integrations with Coupa, AS400/Navision, WMS, and other systems
• Resolving defects, supporting UAT and reconciliation, and driving the system through cutover

Qualifications

• Design and hands-on implementation of at least one full NetSuite ERP deployment (Financial Management, Procurement, Inventory Management) in a multinational organization with multiple entities per country and 500+ users
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts; formal accounting experience or accreditation a plus
• Experience integrating with commercial and home-grown applications
• Willingness to work in the Eastern Time zone.

• Design, implementation, and/or support of other NetSuite modules: Warehouse Management, Order Management, Supply Chain Management
• Experience creating and configuring integrations using Boomi
• Experience in the manufacturing/distribution industry
• NetSuite certifications
