[Hiring] Multifamily Property Management System Support Specialist @Ambo Properties

Role Description

The Multifamily Property Management System Support Specialist is responsible for supporting, analyzing, improving, and managing property management systems to help maximize operational efficiency across the organization.

• Work closely with property teams, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional departments to troubleshoot system issues.
• Provide user support and training.
• Assist with system implementations and transitions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with property management systems, analyzing processes, and implementing improvements.
• MUST BE BASED IN TX.
• Previous experience in an administrative, support, operations, or property management role.
• Intermediate proficiency with property management software, including experience managing system settings, user roles, permissions, and access rights.
• Experience working within the multifamily property management industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience with RealPage property management software.
• Experience using ticketing systems to manage and resolve technical or software-related issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with process improvement techniques and tools.
• Experience supporting software implementations, system transitions, or upgrades.
