Role Description
ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Medical Scribe Professional to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled professionals, who prioritize employee satisfaction and work-life balance.
- Converting transcribed diagnostic test results, procedures, and consultation notes into applicable report formats
- Typing out the full forms of medical abbreviations and acronyms, as well as the formal versions of medical jargon
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of any medical course
- Must have 1 year of Medical Scribing Experience
- With experience in ECW
- Averaging 50-60 WPM
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Amenable working night shift
