Role Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Maxio Systems Administrator Consultant to support the administration, optimization, and enhancement of its Maxio environment (formerly SaaSOptics/Chargify). This consultant will be responsible for:

• Improving billing and revenue workflows
• Supporting integrations
• Resolving system issues
• Ensuring overall data integrity across the platform

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience within SaaS or subscription-based organizations and have a deep understanding of:

• Recurring billing
• Subscription management
• Revenue recognition
• Financial systems

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Maxio, SaaSOptics, and/or Chargify
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue operations
• Experience with subscription billing, invoicing, collections, revenue recognition, and financial reporting
• Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and perform complex data analysis
• Experience supporting integrations with ERP and CRM platforms
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliation
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment

Requirements

• Background in finance, accounting, revenue operations, or business systems administration
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards
• Experience with API integrations, workflow automation, and data migrations
• CPA, CMA, Accounting, Finance, or related business systems experience is a plus
