[Hiring] Manager, Commercial Training Operations @Compass Pathways

Role Description

The Manager, Commercial Training Operations will play a critical role in preparing and enabling Compass Pathways’ field-facing teams for the successful launch and commercialization of COMP360 and future therapies. This role will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Training function by:

• Managing the learning management system, annual training calendar and agendas.
• Maintaining training assets and delivering meaningful analytics and reporting.
• Supporting and/or leading training capacities related to operational systems, e.g., Veeva CRM.
• Being the first point of contact for training questions from the field and internal stakeholders.
• Being cross-trained in all Commercial Training content to co-host and lead events as needed.

The Manager will work closely with various teams to support the delivery of integrated, compliant, and high-impact training experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Education, or related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Training within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to or leading launch training for specialty or complex therapies.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models including sales, medical, market access, and patient support roles.
• Strong team-player, communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration and management skills.
• Experience managing vendors and learning platforms (e.g., LMS).

Requirements

• Lead the successful implementation and ongoing management of the learning management system.
• Design and implement relevant and significant immersion activities to drive learner retention.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for field-based personnel.
• Collaborate with the Director, Commercial Training and Commercial Operations and Analytics to define training effectiveness metrics.
• Support the creation of role-specific capability development, training content, and curricula.
• Serve as the first point of contact for training questions from the field and internal stakeholders.
• Apply principles of instructional design to support the reuse and repurposing of training content.
• Support the training team with project and vendor management.
• Develop sufficient competency with complex scientific, clinical, commercial, and operational concepts.
• Participate in other activities and tasks related to Commercial Training and launch preparedness.
