Major & Complex Loss Adjuster (Desk-Based)

As part of our Major & Complex Loss team, you'll use your technical expertise to manage high-value and technically demanding property claims, all while working remotely within a supportive, collaborative, and market-leading environment.

What will your day look like:

• Take ownership of a portfolio of high-net-worth, major loss, and technically complex property claims, including significant escape of oil and other specialist losses.
• Work closely with clients, brokers, policyholders, and industry professionals to drive claims to resolution.
• Maintain the highest standards of technical accuracy and customer service.
• Utilise your expertise on some of the most challenging claims in the market without the need for extensive travel.

Qualifications

• Experience within a loss adjusting practice or insurer environment.
• Significant exposure to major loss and complex property claims.
• Strong technical property claims knowledge with a proven track record of successful claim resolution.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Adaptable and flexible in a changing and evolving claims environment.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
