[Hiring] Loan Boarding MSP SME @Consolidated Analytics, Inc.

Role Description

The right candidate is a highly seasoned mortgage servicing "Loan Boarding MSP Transition SME" with extensive expertise in the ICE MSP Mortgage Servicing System for loan boarding, as the client is converting its loans from a proprietary system to ICE MSP.

The candidate must have solid loan boarding MSP experience, and any MSP conversion experience is a PLUS. The candidate must be able to handle the complex, tedious nature of manual and bulk loan boarding and assist with the transition to the subservicers' MSP mortgage servicing system.

The position requires a candidate who can manage all aspects of the loan boarding division, including:

• Loan boarding and de-boarding
• Acquisition boarding and de-boarding
• Loss mitigation "in-flight" transfers both in and out of the portfolio

Additionally, the candidate will lead the division in all required activities, processes, and tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with the ICE MSP Loan Boarding tool
• Any MSP loan boarding system conversion experience is a PLUS

Requirements

• Must be able to work on California PST scheduled hours
• Responsible for handling and managing the review outages
• Balancing each loan boarding inbound transfer
• Reviewing all requests for boarding & funding for approval, completeness & accuracy
• Entering critical data and information for reporting purposes gleaned and/or translated from Credit Approval Documents, Loan Documentation Checklist, or other documents that support governmental, regulatory, GL, and management reporting
• Setting up all entities, including borrowers, co-borrowers, and guarantors, in the mortgage servicing system
• Ensuring CIS records have been established prior to funding the loan
• Determining causes of rejected items and processing corrections
• Balancing work and preparing appropriate GL entries to various cost centers as required
• Strong Excel knowledge and intermediate expertise to perform regular Hlookup, Vlookup, and any other organizational loan boarding file prep
• Appending and managing large volumes of data from multiple sources via Excel or other loan boarding/service release-related systems
• Strong project management skills and organizational skills, managing large volumes of servicing transfers in a short period of time
• Basic SQL understanding related to servicing queries and data extractions, or entry-level knowledge and editing
