[Hiring] Licensing Specialist @Sevaro

Role Description

As the Licensing Specialist for Sevaro Health, you will play a crucial role in the Medical Staff Services Department. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks to ensure efficient operations.

• Internal Records Management & Communications:
  • Ensure electronic provider records are maintained and updated timely, accurately, and regularly.
  • Support the team in obtaining additional documentation and verifications as needed.
  • Ensure MSS Department processes are followed regarding storing, submission, and information sharing of documentation.
  • Document current statuses and information in the appropriate areas timely.
• Licensing Specialist Duties:
  • Assist in creating abbreviated CVs for licensing and privileging needs.
  • Complete and/or request FCVS profiles for assigned providers.
  • Identify and ensure timely applications for IMLC LOQ's as available.
  • Register providers for online or live courses, certifications, and recertifications.
  • Support supervising physician requests and protocol agreements.
  • Complete/facilitate initial applications for and renewal of DEAs and CSRs.
  • Complete/facilitate applications for obtaining and renewing State Licensure.
  • Coordinate scheduling of providers' fingerprinting as necessary.
  • Perform regular follow-up with providers, state licensing boards, and other agencies.
  • Participate in education sessions specific to corporate needs or job duties.
  • Print necessary documentation and drop off at shipping locations as needed.
• Other Duties:
  • Perform other job-related duties as required.
  • Assist in audits and other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• At least 2-3+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment; highly engaged and proactive.
