[Hiring] Leasing Manager @Somewhere

Role Description

Our client is a fast-growing commercial real estate investment and operating company that acquires, manages, and leases retail and commercial properties across the United States. They are seeking a Leasing Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day leasing operation, managing broker relationships, lease renewals, and leasing campaigns to maximize occupancy and portfolio performance. This is a highly operational role suited to someone who is proactive, organized, and enjoys driving results.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Commercial real estate leasing, brokerage, property management, or lease administration experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems, reporting, and KPI tracking is an advantage.

Requirements

• Manage relationships and performance of commercial leasing brokers.
• Conduct regular meetings to review leasing activity and pipeline.
• Track leasing KPIs, including inquiries, tours, LOIs, and executed leases.
• Lead lease renewal discussions and negotiate terms with existing tenants.
• Manage the lease renewal pipeline to ensure no opportunities are missed.
• Coordinate outbound leasing campaigns for vacant properties.
• Work with internal teams to build prospect lists and launch email, SMS, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and route qualified leads to brokers.
• Maintain reporting and provide visibility into leasing performance.
