Role Description

A Lead Consultant at Argano is a highly experienced professional in the consulting family responsible for managing mid to large-size client engagements and contributing to the growth and development of the consulting practice. They provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology to businesses and organizations. Their goal is to help clients optimize their technology infrastructure, processes, and strategies to achieve their business objectives more efficiently and effectively.

• Lead mid to large-size and complex consulting projects simultaneously.
• Develop and implement long-term client strategies.
• Successfully lead implementations by gathering system and business requirements, designing, and building Planning Cloud solutions, including writing calculation scripts and building applications from end to end.
• Lead other technical team members in the delivery of EPM/BI solutions while providing leading practice business process solutions to customers.
• Act as both a functional and technical expert as part of a team and/or independently with no supervision.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively communicating with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements.
• Provide expert advice on technology solutions and tools that can enhance the client's operations.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers to source necessary hardware, software, or services.
• Offer ongoing technical support to address any issues or concerns that arise after implementation.
• Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
• MBA, relevant master's degree, or PhD.
• Experience leading 5-6 different, full-lifecycle Oracle Planning Cloud implementations.
• Expert knowledge of the Oracle Planning Cloud tools required.
• Experience leading functional and technical design sessions and implementing Oracle Planning Cloud solutions.
• Experience implementing Oracle Planning Cloud Modules such as Workforce, CapEx, Projects, PCM, or Strategic Modeling.
• Strong Essbase calculation script writing skills required.
• Experience with Groovy Scripts preferred.
• Experience with Data Management and loading data and metadata a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud a plus.
• Candidate should be teachable with a strong desire to learn and expand current knowledge base.
• Preferred consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required.
• Previous experience working in IT companies.
• In-depth knowledge of the relevant technologies and systems.

Requirements

• Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Service Implementation Specialist – preferred.
• Oracle Hyperion Planning 11 Certified Implementation Specialist – preferred.
• Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service 2021 Certified Implementation Specialist – preferred.
