Role Description

IRM Developer (100% Remote)

• Demonstrates hands-on architectural and configuration experience with a proven record of success managing GRC and IRM programs.
• Solution design and configuration projects for one or more GRC/IRM Technology platforms.
• Projects targeted to enable multiple business processes and/or source data systems to drive efficiencies and reduce redundancies supporting functions such as:
  • Internal audit
  • Compliance
  • Enterprise risk management
  • Operational risk management
  • Technology risk management
  • Third party risk management
  • Cyber security
  • Business resiliency
  • Incident management
  • SOX (and/or other compliance frameworks)
• Skills aligned with this position include:
  • Risk management, compliance management, and/or enterprise governance.
  • Integrated risk management (IRM) frameworks.
  • Experience in designing, reengineering, optimizing, and documenting requirements and processes.
  • Experience in creating, drafting, and refining core business foundational elements.
  • Deep understanding of access control, specifically role-based access and inheritance.
  • Experience identifying sources of data outside of GRC solutions.
  • Knowledge of on-premise and cloud-based application architecture.
  • Experience with implementing GRC technology such as RSA Archer, MetricStream, or ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of proper technical documentation techniques.
• Demonstrates extensive abilities in managing client projects/engagements including:
  • Defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection.
  • Creating a positive work environment and monitoring workloads of team members.
  • Developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other IT-related discipline.
• 2+ years' experience with ServiceNow configuration.
• Eligible to get public trust clearance.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Detail oriented, motivated, analytical, disciplined.
• Proficient with Glide Record queries and scripting.
• Proficient with JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules in alignment with solution requirements.
• Configure solution UI, including Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, and Portals.
• Configure solution workflows, including Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, and Events.
• Configure Users, Roles, Groups, and ACLs.
• Create, manage, and deploy Update Sets.
• Import data into GRC application tables.
• Build system integrations using Integration Hub and REST API.
• Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases and instructions.
• Execute functional component testing on GRC workflows.
• Create technical solution documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (GRC).
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Vendor Risk Management (VRM).
• Experience building integrations with ServiceNow Integration Hub.
• Experience building integrations using REST API.
