[Hiring] Intern - Solution Consultant @Acxiom

Role Description

Responsible for the enterprise solution overview, ensuring solution incorporates clients’ and Acxiom overall business strategy and technical vision. Uncovers prospect/client’s business issues, creating high level business requirements. Determines if Acxiom has the capability/capacity to solve prospect/client’s business problems. Liaisons with sales, account management, technical/delivery executives and industry solution architects to ensure seamless customer service in the sales and delivery process.

What You'll Do:

• Solution Engineering & Business Analysis
  • Support the Solution Engineering team in researching and understanding client business challenges and opportunities.
  • Assist in uncovering client business needs and documenting high-level requirements.
  • Help evaluate how Acxiom's capabilities align to client objectives and business outcomes.
  • Learn how enterprise solutions are designed to support long-term client strategy and growth.
• Sales Support & Revenue Enablement
  • Support Enterprise Solution Consultants (Sales Engineers) on new business and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Assist with activities that contribute to pipeline development and revenue growth.
  • Help prepare client presentations, proposals, solution summaries, and meeting materials.
  • Participate in internal strategy sessions and client opportunity discussions.
• Proposal Development & Content Management
  • Help maintain content libraries and support data governance practices that organize and tag sales collateral, case studies, pitch materials, and proposal content.
  • Assist in creating client-facing presentations and proposal documentation.
  • Support the development of messaging that communicates Acxiom's unique value proposition and competitive differentiation.
• Market Research & Strategic Insights
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Gather and organize market insights that support strategic recommendations and client conversations.
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Product teams to share observations, feedback, and trends from the marketplace.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Strategy, Account Management, Delivery Teams, and Solution Architects.
  • Participate in collaborative projects that help improve Acxiom's products, solutions, and client experience.
  • Observe how complex enterprise solutions are positioned, sold, and implemented.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Strong academic performance.
• Expected graduation date within the next 12 to 24 months preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating presentations and business recommendations.
• Strong interest in consulting, sales engineering, technology, business strategy, or client engagement.
• Experience working on team projects or leadership initiatives.
• Familiarity with data, marketing technology, analytics, or digital platforms.
