Role Description

Join a dynamic, fully remote team as an Intermediate Process and Tools Specialist III, where you will provide strategic leadership for enterprise-scale Microsoft Power Platform initiatives. This contract position is open to candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones in the United States. You will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation, automation, and AI integration across the organization, with a strong focus on SharePoint and content management services.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise Power Platform strategy and roadmap, aligning with AI, automation, and digital transformation goals
• Establish and maintain governance models, including environment strategy, DLP policies, and lifecycle management
• Lead seamless integration of Power Platform with SharePoint to automate workflows and enhance content management
• Act as enterprise product owner, setting architecture standards and deployment models for Power Platform solutions
• Champion adoption through targeted training, enablement, and fostering a citizen developer community
• Measure and report on adoption rates, productivity improvements, and ROI to showcase business value

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Proven expertise in SharePoint Online and content management systems
• Demonstrated experience with platform strategy, governance, or product ownership roles
• Strong grasp of enterprise security, compliance, and DLP frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform Co-Pilot Studio

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience driving large-scale digital transformation projects
• Familiarity with advanced automation patterns and data integrations
