Role Description

Looking for a flexible opportunity where your income is based on your results? We're seeking motivated independent recruiters to help place CDL drivers with trucking companies nationwide. This is a remote, independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. You decide how much you earn by the number of drivers you successfully place.

• Recruit CDL drivers for open driving positions across the U.S.
• Find applicants through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting methods
• Speak with drivers to determine qualifications and hiring needs
• Match applicants with the best available opportunities
• Stay in contact with drivers throughout the hiring process
• Develop and maintain your own pipeline of qualified candidates

Qualifications

• Self-starter who enjoys working independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized with good time management
• Comfortable using computers, social media, and online recruiting tools
• Recruiting, sales, customer service, or trucking industry experience is a plus, but training is provided

• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Telephone or smartphone
• Dedicated workspace where you can work without distractions
