Role Description

Irth Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end SaaS implementations that help operators work safely and keep communities connected to critical infrastructure. The Implementation Consultant partners closely with clients to understand their business processes, translate business needs into system requirements, and configure and implement software solutions that meet client objectives. This role is responsible for:

• Requirements gathering
• Configuration
• Training
• Troubleshooting
• Testing
• Documentation
• Ongoing client support

The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who can influence decision-makers, manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and proactively solve complex problems.

Requirements

• Self-starter with demonstrated commercial awareness and business acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to clearly define and communicate technical changes and requirements to development and technical teams
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, or 5–7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Demonstrated experience working directly with customers in software implementation or delivery roles
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts, technologies, and software products and translate them into effective customer solutions
• Ability to build, motivate, and maintain effective working relationships with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to apply professional experience and sound judgment to plan, prioritize, and accomplish project goals
• Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours on a daily basis

Education

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
