Role Description

This position involves implementing complex new products and services for clients. Responsibilities include:

Analyzing requirements and gathering deliverables to complete the implementation
Ongoing relationship management and maintaining client-specific operating procedures
Providing sales or consultative support to prospects or clients in select deals
Utilizing data from sales and/or sales support personnel to establish or update client-specific information for assigned product
Coordinating and producing data for pre-implementation validation
May coordinate implementation work done by other staff
Analyzing, assessing, and documenting client requirements while adhering to established processes and procedures
Advising staff on implementation operating procedures
May develop and maintain training materials and online demonstrations for product implementations
May provide end user customer training
Serving as an escalation point and independently resolving challenges regarding implementation issues raised by staff or client
Identifying/developing necessary solutions
Ensuring positive ongoing client experiences
Managing multiple complex implementations simultaneously; reporting progress relative to service level performance
Facilitating/Coordinating internal and external stakeholder meetings for implementation projects

Qualifications

Requirements

Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
