Role Description
This is an opportunity to be an early joiner of Lorikeetās US implementation team: you will be part of a SWAT team dedicated to driving Lorikeetās growth by working directly with our customers. Youāll serve as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and AI guideāhelping customers successfully adopt and integrate Lorikeetās platform into their business.
- Act as a trusted AI advisor for Lorikeetās customer base
- Lead AI implementation projects from kickoff to successful deployment
- Work closely with customers to understand their workflows and configure Lorikeetās tools to fit their needs
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions beyond traditional customer support
- Collaborate with our product team to represent customer needs, provide feedback, and influence product strategy
- Guide customers through onboarding, troubleshooting, and best practices
- Solve integration challenges in creative and effective ways
Qualifications
- 2-7 years of experience in a client-facing role such as management consulting, product management, or a related field
- Strong project leader ā organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
- Experience building and managing relationships with customers or external stakeholders
- Excellent communicator ā able to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear way
- Enjoy problem-solving and finding creative solutions to challenges
- Excited about AI and already experimenting with it (e.g., using ChatGPT, trying AI tools, or learning how AI can be applied in business)
- Technical curiosity and enjoy learning new tools, even if you donāt have a formal technical background
Requirements
- Applicants must be based in the United States and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship (remote work supported)
