Role Description
Le département Digital Engineering Business (DEB) du groupe Egis est organisé en 4 pôles (Outils et Méthodes de Production, Usine Digitale, Support Applicatif, et Gestion des Contrats). Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons un.e Alternant.e Technicien.ne d’Exploitation Informatique pour accompagner la migration et l’exploitation des infrastructures IT.
- Accompagnement de la migration des serveurs de licence : passage de l’infrastructure On-Premise vers le Cloud.
- Coordination et suivi des actions : interaction avec les Ă©diteurs, collaboration avec les Ă©quipes DISIT et suivi des jalons du projet.
- Recette fonctionnelle et validation : exécution de tests pour garantir le bon fonctionnement des nouvelles infrastructures.
- Communication et support utilisateurs : rédaction et diffusion des communications aux utilisateurs finaux, accompagnement au changement.
- Documentation et reporting : consolidation des actions menées et mise à jour des documentations techniques.
Qualifications
- Vous préparez un Bac+2/3 en informatique, avec une spécialisation en systèmes, réseaux ou technologies Cloud.
- Rigueur et organisation.
- Aisance Ă travailler dans un environnement dynamique et en constante Ă©volution.
- Rédiger des communications destinées aux utilisateurs finaux et à coordonner avec les équipes internes et externes.
- Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec différents interlocuteurs.
- Anticiper les besoins, identifier les problématiques et proposer des solutions adéquates.
