[Hiring] HSE Specialist @Pearce Services

Role Description

As an HSE Specialist, you will play a key role in advancing Pearce’s health, safety, and environmental objectives across Solar, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), UPS, Battery, Wind, and EV operations. This highly field-focused position will partner closely with operational teams to strengthen safety performance, with particular emphasis on electrical safety and driver safety.

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE programs.
• Conduct field audits, investigate incidents, and identify safety risks.
• Develop corrective actions and provide training and coaching to employees and operational leaders.
• Help manage driver safety initiatives aimed at reducing vehicle-related incidents.
• Travel extensively to support field operations throughout the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HSE, safety coordination, or related safety experience, preferably in relevant fields.
• Demonstrated knowledge of electrical safety practices and hazards.
• Experience supporting or managing driver and vehicle safety programs.
• Experience conducting incident investigations, root-cause analysis, field audits, and safety inspections.
• Working knowledge of applicable OSHA, EPA, federal, and state HSE regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and support HSE programs and policies.
• Experience developing and delivering safety training to field employees and leaders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% throughout the United States.
