Role Description

Must have hands-on experience in Indian Payroll (Also known as Global Payroll)
Experience in Configuration is a must
Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Global Payroll for about 3-6 years
Good understanding of Indian Payroll and related Indian tax rules is a must
Must have sound knowledge on multiple modules: Global Payroll, Absence Management, Payroll Interface, and Compensation
Identifying and resolving functional issues in the client’s HR systems
Creating business requirements and technical specification documentation
Providing functional expertise to assist in customization reapplication related to upgrades and patch/fix application
Ability to analyze People Code, Application Engine, and Application Messaging at a higher level
Creating PS Queries
Executing SQL statements
Knowledge on PeopleSoft security
Creating Project and test plans
Exposure to all phases of the project: development, testing, and production support
Work experience on multiple versions of PeopleSoft and People Tools
