[Hiring] Global Engagement Specialist @VinUniversity

Role Description

The Global Engagement Specialist (Data and Partnership Management) is an integral member of the Global Engagement Department of VinUniversity. He/she is responsible for managing the University‘s academic partnership and contact database, supporting academic reputation ranking processes, and developing data-driven systems to monitor and enhance global engagement. The role ensures the accuracy and integrity of institutional partnership data, provides actionable insights through dashboards and reporting, and supports strategic decision-making on international partnerships and engagement activities. The Specialist will work closely with internal colleges, administrative units, and international partner institutions to enhance operational excellence and support data-informed decision-making. He/she will also coordinate partnership activities and contribute to VinUniversity‘s internationalization strategy and global reputation. The Global Engagement Specialist will report to the Director of Global Engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data management, Data Analytics, Public Relations, Communications/Marketing or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in academic partnership, data management, or communications, preferably within higher education or a related industry.
• Experience with handling a large amount of dataset, working with Excel and data management systems.
• Experience in writing and content creation, with an understanding of academic communications and branding.
• Experience with CRM systems, PowerBi or partnership management databases is an advantage.
