Role Description

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least half dedicated to Global Capability Center (GCC) strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation inclusive of cross-functional, end-to-end work reinvention with emphasis on tech-enabled process reengineering and data & AI enablement for new or existing capability centers.

Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and scaling technology operating models, digital delivery organizations, platform-led transformation initiatives within GCC environments.

Minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in GCC strategy and transformation.
• At least 2 years of experience in technology operating models and digital delivery organizations.
• 1 year of experience with AI-enabled platforms and automation technologies.

Requirements

• Experience in cross-functional, end-to-end work reinvention.
• Emphasis on tech-enabled process reengineering.
