Role Description

We're hiring French-Canadian Voice Actors to work directly with a leading AI lab, improving their model's ability to handle and produce audio data.

• Professional experience in Voice Acting is greatly preferred but not required.
• We welcome people with speaking and audio experience through:

• You must be a native speaker of Canadian French, born and raised in Canada.
• You also need to be a proficient English speaker to ensure proper communication during the project.

Project logistics:

• Participants are paid $300 USD per finished hour, based on the length of submitted audio.
• You'll need to commit between 2-10 hours per week.
• Rolling start — onboarding begins once your contract is accepted and ID verification clears.
• You will need to be available for a kickoff call.

Requirements

• Ability to speak in a "customer service" voice — neutral to upbeat tone, clear enunciation, consistent pacing.
• Close attention to punctuation, commas and dashes. It is very important that you record transcripts exactly as written, or edit them to reflect natural pacing.
• A professional audio recording setup: a home studio with a professional-grade microphone, soundproofing, an audio interface, a pop filter, and editing software for post-production.
• Submissions must be WAV, 44.1 kHz, mono, with under one second of silence at the start and end, and no audible breathing.
